Originally from Poland, Bernadetta moved to the UK for a few years, where she studied Early Years Education, but soon after she found her voice in recruitment. In 2015 she relocated to South Africa to live in the most beautiful city in the world and has been working for Black Pen since 2018.
Her passion is people. She states, “I have the opportunity to make a real impact on people’s lives. Job satisfaction is high as I am a key part in guiding candidates through the complex recruitment process, which in result helps them to secure their dream role. Working in recruitment is very rewarding to know that I have helped move someone’s career forward. Nothing beats the thrill of winning.”
